The AutoProTM CRM module produces timely sales reports indicating which customers and prospects to contact in the ongoing sales effort. The salesperson is prompted at specific times, such as 6, 12 and 18 months after the purchase date, customer birthdays or trade-in time, etc. Other information about the customer, such as buying habits and personal interests, is available for follow-up. In addition, the system also provides a powerful generalized method for selecting all customers and prospects from the entire database, which meet a variety of special criteria defined by the user. Selected entries can then be printed either in regular report format, on name and address mailing labels, or as personalized form letters on dealer letterhead.
